DESCRIPTION:When the Fundy Group was first started in August of 1999 it was the intention that the company would concentrate on Training and Coaching. In January of 2000 we were introduced to Profiles International the worlds largest supplier of Employee Assessments. Back when we started\, we would be training a group of maybe 5 sales people from a company and 3 would have success but 2 would not. We then started using assessments to see if the right people were in the right jobs.\n\n\n\nWith this knowledge we would then move them into positions more suited to who they were and everyone was happier and more successful. Our customers then started to use these Assessments to make sure they were hiring people that were suited to the position and more importantly used the tools to Coach them in the areas that needed improvement.\n\n\n\nAs time went by\, we became more and more involved in assisting companies with all their Human Resource needs.
