AI in Action: A Practical Lunch & Learn for Business

The session would be designed as an immersive, hands-on business simulation.

Participants step into the role of CEO of a fictional New Brunswick company facing a difficult business decision. They will be given realistic business information and, working through the scenario, will use AI to help analyze the situation, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and decide what they would do next.

As the simulation progresses, additional information is introduced, requiring participants to use AI in increasingly practical ways.

They will experience how AI can help:

• Analyze business and financial information
• Identify risks, opportunities and conflicting signals
• Connect insights across multiple documents and sources
• Challenge assumptions and support better decision-making
• Organize priorities, email and day-to-day work
• Improve productivity across common business functions

The session will also touch on privacy, security, good judgment and responsible AI use.
