About Us

K-Media is a Saint John–based digital marketing and web management studio focused on helping small businesses and organizations build strong, sustainable online visibility.

Founded by Karen Lloyd, K-Media combines a background in journalism with more than a decade of hands-on experience in SEO, content strategy, and WordPress website management. The approach is practical, thoughtful, and rooted in how people actually search online, not trends that burn out businesses or budgets.

K-Media works with clients across Southern New Brunswick on services including search engine optimization, content planning and writing, website design and upkeep, local search visibility, and digital strategy. The focus is always on clarity, structure, and long-term results rather than constant paid advertising or social media pressure.

Many K-Media clients are small teams, independent operators, or community-focused organizations that need marketing support without the complexity or cost of large agencies. Projects are tailored, collaborative, and designed to grow alongside the business.

In addition to client work, K-Media is closely connected to local storytelling through Experience New Brunswick, an online platform highlighting businesses, places, and culture across the province.
