With over 25 years of experience across sectors, Nicole creates space for clarity, alignment, and action—helping leaders and teams move forward with confidence.

Facilitation – Engaging sessions for strategic planning, team alignment, values and culture development, and decision-making
Strategic Change Planning – Guiding organizations to define priorities, set direction, and build actionable roadmaps
Change Leadership Training and Coaching – Equipping leaders and teams with the mindset and tools to navigate transformation
Based in Saint John, Nicole also teaches Leadership, Communications, and Strategic Management at the University of New Brunswick.
