I am Matt Carter, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SMART HR, a consulting firm that offers premium HR and Business Consulting services to small and medium size businesses. I help clients tackle the HR and business challenges they fear the most, so they can spend more time serving their customers and community, creating a rewarding workplace for their employees, and growing their businesses.
Areas of specialty include 360-degree recruitment, change management practices, performance management, process improvement, policy development and compensation strategies.
Matt holds a BBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources and Economics from UNB and is certified in change management and lean six sigma (yellow belt). He also holds a professional recruiter designation.
