Rising Tides Healing Centre

When I decided to start my counselling practice in 2018, creating a healing community was part of my dream. We opened our first location in Grand Bay-Westfield, New Brunswick.Rising Tides Healing Centre offers a comfortable space where everyone is welcomed and supported regardless of where they are in their healing process. After recognizing that many people require longer term and specialized services to heal from traumatic experiences, I began training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy) and have continued to develop a team of therapists with expertise in trauma-based modalities. We opened our second location in Saint John in April 2023 and are co-located with Town Health Solutions where clients can also access supportive therapies like chiropractor, massage, physiotherapy, naturopathic doctor, yoga classes and fitness instruction.
